Time to
talk it out
and move it on.
We run live and confidential strategy support sessions for leaders and teams, turning dilemmas into action.
We have distilled years of intervening in other people’s business into high impact, compact strategy sessions.
As experienced strategy consultants and trained facilitators, we work with you to make progress on dilemmas and decisions that matter.
With a proven methodology, these time-bound, facilitated conversations turn frustration into focus, clarity, energy and action.
When to call us

When endless to-do lists, shifting agendas, misaligned teams and plain uncertainty put the brakes on critical progress.
Dealing with the important, not just the urgent, is a common issue in busy organisations. It’s often met with a sigh and reply, ‘we don’t have time for that’. And everyone moves on.
The grand strategy plan (once a year, maybe an offsite, now get on and execute) in a world that is evolving right in front of us needs augmenting with something more responsive that helps leaders in the moment.
Our sessions are proven to be a productive use of time, with the right people at the table, as a much needed accelerator of action.
Bring One Question and leave with immediate action.

How do we do it?
Structured, time-bound conversations for immediate impact.
Strategic Therapy sessions are designed around your particular challenge and the number of people you need to involve. But they always involve two parts:
Part 1: Talk it out // You talk. We (really) listen, asking questions to sort the knowns from the unknowns and zero in on what matters most.
Part 2: Move it on // We roll up our sleeves and get to work with you, exploring potential solutions and landing on actionable steps to move forward.
All sessions are facilitated by both Nicole MacLeod and Simon Myers. Stereo attention with different perspectives for faster processing. And, well, more fun.
For leaders
Headspace meets safe space
For leaders who need time, focus, and professional sparring partners to make progress on the important stuff.
1-2 people
For teams
Alignment, energy and agency
For effective use of precious team time to clear the air, solve it together and move it forward.
3-12* people
* Even Jesus couldn’t handle more. But if you’re after a larger session, we can design a bespoke interaction.
How does it work?
Book in. Talk it out. Move it on.
1
Intro Call: Start with a no-pressure, 20-minute chat. If we think we can help, and you’re into it, we’ll schedule a session.
2
Pre-Session: We’ll get your input from a short survey or interview so we’re prepped and ready to dive in.
3
Strategic Therapy Session: We’ll meet in person (preferred) or online (totally fine) for a focused session, anything up to 3 hours.
4
Session Record: Within 48 hours we hand over a concise (no one reads more than two pages) reflection of insights, decisions and agreed actions.
5
Post-Session Check-in: Within one week, once the dust has settled, a conversation to reflect on the insights and best next steps.
Who is behind it?
